Heavy Duty Commercial Canopy Filters

Ensuring high efficiency, stainless steel filters create an impenetrable barrier for grease. The patented design causes vapours to halt and change direction, leaving behind grease particles. The unique design of the filter allows variable airflow to be set to maximise the performances of the exhaust system without compromising the benefits of the filter. Stainless steel filters do not discolour over time, are low maintenance, and if properly maintained will never need replacing.

ALUMINIUM HONEYCOMB GREASE FILTER

The aluminium honeycomb grease filters are made from high-quality acid-resistant aluminium throughout. The filter media is made from 50mm wide aluminium foil, which is specially corrugated into a herringbone shaped channel. This foil when placed one on top of the other will form a curved honeycomb channel. When the incoming grease-laden air passes through this media, the air changes direction. The resultant change in inertia causes the grease to cling and condense onto the aluminium surface. This filtering reduces grease from entering the exhaust system. Honeycomb filters are fully washable panel filter units. They provide extremely low resistance to airflow and ease of cleaning.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER

The activated carbon filter works by removing contaminants and impurities, utilising chemical absorption. Each piece of carbon is designed to provide a large section of surface area, in order to allow contaminants the most possible exposure to the filter media. Typical particle sizes that can be removed by carbon filters range from 0.5 to 50 micrometres. The particle size will be used as part of the filter description. The efficiency of a carbon filter is also based upon the flow rate regulation.

Warranty

Standard warranty doesn’t apply for clearance products

Warranty on all new products is 12 months from the date of the invoice. Warranties will only be deemed valid if:

Defects have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship
The products have not received maltreatment, inattention or interference and have been used, serviced and maintained by the Buyer in accordance with the Seller‟s specifications and recommendations
accessories of any kind used by the Buyer are manufactured by or approved by the Seller
the seals of any kind on the Products remain unbroken; and
the Seller‟s authorised representative has inspected the Products and has determined that a defect exists.

Consumables like globes, thermo couples, door seals and such items are not covered by warranty.
